Medical Forms

Please don't forget to fill out the medical form that came home with your child last week! This form is to be used for NEXT school year, so please indicate the 2016-2017 school year in the top right hand corner. Also, please leave the space for Homeroom Teacher blank, as we do not yet know who your child's homeroom teacher will be! Thank you for your help! Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need a new form!

Field Trip!

Next Thursday, May 19th, is our annual field trip to Victory Field! A letter will be coming home with your child today with important information for the trip! Please read this over carefully so you can help your child be prepared for the trip! Some tips and items to remember include:

  • Students will need a sack lunch UNLESS they sold 2 or more boxes of chocolate in our fundraiser. (This will be marked on the info sheet coming home today)
  • Students and chaperones will not need money - we will not be purchasing items from the vendors at the park.
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather! We will be outside all day!
  • Students MAY BRING: cameras, baseball gloves, sunscreen, baseball hat
  • Students MAY NOT BRING: cell phones, money

Please let me know if you have any questions! Looking forward to taking your child "out to the ballgame!"
