Are You Ready for Tuesday??

Due to our growing community and need to ensure safety for all, starting January 8th, morning car riders will only drop-off on the side of the school, at the gym entrance. The front parking lot can still be used to park and walk students into the building, but should not be used to drop students off. We will still have staff members present to assist in the parking lot. All other staff members will assist with drop-off by the gym.

Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • If you need to help students out of the car for any reason, you must use the front lot to park and assist/walk your child in.
  • Please make sure students are prepared to exit the vehicle in a timely fashion.
  • Vehicles will pull all the way to the end of the sidewalk, so we can unload as many vehicles as possible.
  • Students should be able to exit onto the sidewalk. If your child's car seat is on the driver side of the car, we ask you move it to the passenger side for safety and efficiency.

We have worked in partnership with the Bee Cave PD, in order to ensure that traffic flow is as steady as possible, and all staff, parents and students are safe when arriving and leaving school in the mornings.

So, for those who bring kids to school in the mornings, please mark your calendars for January 8th. Thank you for your support!!

Give a Coat...Share the Warmth!

Do you have any coats that you do not use anymore, or your kids have outgrown? Please join our 3rd Grade Bobcat Girl Scouts on January 29th and 31st as they collect gently used coats of all sizes to support One Warm Coat which distributes coats in the local community, to children and adults in need, without charge, discrimination or obligation. The Bobcat Girl Scouts will be collecting gently used coats in the back parking lot at morning drop off on Tuesday the 29th and Thursday the 31st. Look for the girls in uniform and their boxes. Questions, please contact the troop leader -heather.loeper@gmail.com
