The Young lady in the photo is using her muscular strength such as her arms and legs. She is breathing at the rate she's pacing herself. To push her self to the finish line and win.
The Woman in the photo is relaxing herself and each time she uses the weight on her arm. She is going slowing and not pulling to strong to damage the muscle. But to work on her muscles to keep them healthy and make upper body strength.
In the picture the girl is trying to hold her muscular arms for a long period of time against the mat. She has a workout ball to hold up her feet and her body up and hands straight to keep balance.
In the photo the girl is trying to keep her balance by flexing her arms and stretching her legs and feet out to keep straight. That's the only way she can stay on.
They lady on the scale is comparing her healthy body and unhealthy body. She wants to know what to do to increase healthy muscles and reduce fat to be healthy as she's getting older.
The two girls are showing speed by trying to move quickly to the ball. They are pacing themselves to get the ball from each other. Number 27 is close to kicking the ball and making it.
The two girls are training their body. They have to trust each others body to be able to change the direction and follow the cones.
As the girl is running she has to run and jump over the hurdle. To do that she has to have good balance so she will make it over the hurdle she has to trust her self. Also she cant knock over the hurdle. Her body has to be straight and balanced to make it to the finish line.
Serena Williams is trying to move quickly in the same time using her feet and arms. At the same time the ball is coming at her to hit it with her tennis racket. When playing tennis its important your hand and foot movements balance out.
The man with the red boxing gloves is making a move to punch the guy in the face. The guy in the black boxing gloves has to react at the same time the other guy is trying to hit him. The guy with the black ends up blocking him with his arms.
The guy is using his power to tackle the guy with the football. And the guy with the ball is trying to enforce the ball and use muscle strength to tuck the ball into his arm when he hits the ground.
