A food allergy is a reaction that occurs in your immune system after eating a certain food.
Nut allergy symptoms
Hives, vomitting, trouble breathing, coughing, etc.
Shellfish allergy symptoms
Dizziness, swelling of the face, tingling in the mouth, abdominal pain, etc.
Substitutes for nuts
A can of tuna or hard-boiled eggs.
Substitutes for shellfish
Monkfish or Surimi
Can't ever be around or eat shellfish or nuts. Some people grow out of their allergy.
