Personal response
I think the Prince of Egypt is a true story but has been twisted with a bit of false events mixed into one to give examples of just how bad things were. I believe in the story line where the Egyptians told Egypt That they would be having slaves that were beat and whipped it was cruel I believe that moses rescued them and gave them back their freedom. Even though the Egyptians found that a bad thing because in the movie he ended up killing a solider. The characters are similar in both the bible and the movie, although in the bible it says the pharaoh's daughter found Moses and looked after and raised Moses, but in the movie “The Prince of Egypt” it says the pharaoh's wife found Moses and looked after and raised Moses. I believe that some movies are based on true stories d events but every little thing that happens may or may not be true.
