Welcome
The MHBT Notes have been put together by the SD33 Mental Health and Behaviour Team from Student Services and will be emailed out during the second week (after most of the community newsletters have been mailed out) of the month as a way to share updates, resources, or events that align with your SBT role in supporting staff, students, and families in your schools.

- School Refusal Assessment (Parent) (for counsellor use)
- School Refusal Assessment (Student) (for counsellor use)
- Scoring and Interpretation of the SRAS-R
- FBA Attendance (based on the SRAS-R)

Family Smart Online Courses for Families
In the Know: every month online events are hosted for parents and caregivers who are parenting a child or youth with a mental health and/or substance use challenge. A video is watched and experiences and strategies are shared with a focus on strengthening understandings and connections.
