what my pictures mean to this topic
These pictures represent my topic because they are all artillery related pictures that all came from the civil war era. There were a lot steps to firing one of these cannons. First you had to clean the cannon from the last shot so that when you put the gun powder in it wouldn’t blow up. Then you had to put into the pin that would pop the gunpowder. Then you would load the ball into the cannon and then pull the plug that would make a spark and ignite the gunpowder that would then blow up and blow the ball out of the cannon.
