Welcome to our weekly newsletter!

Hello from Balladen School.

We are very proud of our children, the learning that takes place at our school and everyone in our school community: teachers, teaching assistants and every other single person who works at our incredible school.

Each week we will share with you some of the learning that has taken place during the week and also let you know what will be happening in the forthcoming week. We will also share information with you on how you can help your child / children with their learning.

If you have any comments please do share them with us. We want this newsletter to be as useful as possible!

News from the classrooms

Year 6

This week we have finished long and short division and we have started the grid method. Me and Emily have been working together and have been zooming through the sheets. Well we got most of the answers right but after we corrected the mistakes I think we did aright. Then after break time we all went into English and did a S.P.A.G test and a spelling test. Then after lunch time we did some self portraits in the style of Picasso but then it was home time and then I got upset because I really like school
