Scott is an american short story writer. He has written five novels and many short stories. He is mostly well known for writing The Great Gatsby. The novel, published in 1925 gives us an idea of what it was like during the roaring 1920s.
Nick Carraway (narrator of the novel)
Nick Carraway comes back from World War 1 and explains the life of his neighbors and their wives. He is also the cousin and neighbor of Jay Gatsby.
Main Characters:
Jay Gatsby does not fit into the society (he's an outsider and loves to say "Old Sport"). He is in love with Daisy, who is the wife of Tom Buchanan. Jay and Daisy have an affair which leads to Tom Buchanan finding out and killing Jay then himself.
