Husky Happenings
February 19th - 23rd
From Mr. Martin
We continue to focus on student safety and our parking lot. The current AM process works well as it relates to the car loop. I am focused on our PM process and trying to increase the use of the car loop as opposed to parking in the lot. For optimum student safety, please wait in the car loop and pickup/dropoff on the passenger side, as this prioritizes student safety
Remember, being a good neighbor on Maple Street is essential. Our staff is not there to ensure safety and/or monitor blocking someone's driveway.

Just a couple of our Picklelball Champs
There was some fierce competition, and we had a lot of winners from each class.
Pickleball is a sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. It is played on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.

Here is a chart to help you decide if your illness could be the flu or a cold. The CDC website has some helpful information regarding this flu season. Please remember to keep your students home if they have a fever over 100 degrees. They need to stay home until they have been fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of fever reducing medication.
