BE A BETTER YOU
For the 2022-2023 school year, West Elementary will be working on targeted practice on some “life” skills in addition to academics. Every week, we will practice a skill that will help us all be a little better. This week’s skill is BEING GRATEFUL.
Most people are pretty good at BEING GRATEFUL, but a reminder never hurts. This week we will be practicing.
Keep Practicing to Be a Better You
11/21/22 -- Being Grateful
11/7/22 -- Sharing
10/24/22 -- Greetings
10/10/22 -- Following Instructions
9/26/22 -- Asking for Help
9/12/22 -- Listening
We Are Collecting Diapers and Wipes!
Every Bottom Covered is WNY's Only Diaper Bank.
Did you know?
- Diapers are a basic need for babies, just like food and housing.
- Babies require 6-10 diapers a day, a concern for families who struggle with diaper need.
- 1 in 3 US families lack enough diapers to keep a child clean, dry, and healthy.
Please send in diapers of any size and/or baby wipes.
We are collecting until Friday, December 2nd.
Thanks for a Great Celebration!!!
Thanks so much for a great celebration of our VETERANS!
It was nice to see so many family members and friends.
Special Thanks to Our Bus Drivers
West Elementary spent some time this week preparing "thank you" notes and small gifts for our bus drivers! These special people are so important to setting students up for success at school in so many ways. Thanks First Student and West Seneca Drivers!
