Organization Update - December 2015

TEST - Fleet Transactions Team

To drive increased focus on key business priorities, foster innovation and facilitate quick and decisive actions, we have realigned our leasing group to better meet our business needs. This realignment will give our fleet transactions the urgent and intense attention required as we navigate through a challenging market.

The primary mission of this group of Legal and Finance professionals will be to execute and restructure our aircraft leasing transactions, while building stronger relationships and obtaining the most competitive terms in the market. This group will also collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to strategically evaluate our fleet, implement cost saving initiatives and explore alternative markets for our idle aircraft.

As part of this realignment, we will consolidate all people who were previously part of the Dublin-based leasing group under Nicolas P. Stable, Vice President Legal and Fleet Transactions. The newly formed group is called the Fleet Transactions Group. The reporting structure will take effect immediately and reporting to Nick will be the following Dublin-based team members:

  • Aoife Considine, Senior Manager, Leasing
  • Gillian Flanagan, Senior Manager, Leasing
  • Declan Moloney, Legal Director, Asset Finance Asia and Africa
  • Russell Waide, Senior Manager, Leasing
  • Trudi Gunning, Leasing Analyst, and Violet Yin, Aircraft Movement Specialist, will continue to report to Russell Waide, Senior Manager, Leasing.

Blake Fizzard, Vice President of Treasury, will continue to be an integral part of CHC’s aircraft finance team leading the Leasing War Room and championing several other CHC initiatives. He will also serve as the Finance team’s primary interface with this group in addition to his other Treasury responsibilities. Jeff Scotland, Vice President of Fleet Planning, will likewise continue to collaborate with this group on aircraft lease transactions, compliance and restructurings. He will continue to lead his team of professionals as a key leader of CHC initiatives related to our aircraft fleet.

We expect this newly formed group to think creatively and critically about our current aircraft leasing transactions and how we can most efficiently finance our fleet going forward.
