Box Tops

Keep clipping and sending those in!

From Our Finance Administrator:

As we draw closer to the end of the school year, we want to update families on their tuition account balances. In this week’s purple folder, letters containing more detailed information and statements are being sent home to all families that have a balance due or a credit balance as of May 6th. If you are signed up for ACH payments, you will not be receiving a letter or statement as your payments are setup to remit your full balance of tuition prior to the school’s fiscal year end, June 30th. If you did not receive a statement and would like one, please email me at awelp@evdio.org and I would be happy to send you a copy. Credit balances are normally transferred to your cafeteria account. Please keep in mind, if you have a credit balance that is a SCRIP credit, it can be transferred to your cafeteria account although it will not be eligible for a refund if unused. If you have any questions, please send me an email.
