- Follow Section Leader and Drum Major instructions.
- Uniform Reminders – For this week, EVERYONE will be wearing full uniform. Students need to wear parade shirts, comfortable athletic shorts, LONG black socks, and black marching shoes with their uniform.
- Bring your “Shorties” this week to play in the stands!
- We are inviting ALL band students to participate with the RCG to march through Tailgate Town and play in the stands during the game so the students can see why Marching Band is so much fun!

Please note that there are traffic restrictions in the area. Traffic restrictions, parking, and ticket information is attached at the bottom of the newsletter.

HSE Fall Band Concerts 10/6
We are excited for all of our concert bands to present a Fall Concert next Wednesday, October 6th in the Leonard Auditorium! We were not even able to have a Fall Concert last year, so this is an opportunity we will NOT take for granted!
In order to keep capacity a little more limited and allow for distancing in the Auditorium, we will be splitting the concert into two halves, though you will only need one ticket even if you plan to attend both halves of the concert.

ATTIRE:
All students should wear their concert black attire. See communication from Mrs. Ferise regarding details, depending on which band your student is in.
MASKS:
As physical distancing will not be applied to guest seating, we highly recommend face coverings for all patrons. We appreciate your adherence to CDC guidance in wearing a mask in crowded indoor settings to prevent the spread of COVID.
We look forward to seeing you next Wednesday and are thrilled to play some great music together!
RCG Holiday Ornaments
RCG Show Ornaments are available to order! This annual tradition featuring the 2021 RCG show will be nicely displayed on the ornament along with student’s name and instrument/color guard as a perfect way to remember all of the hard work put into this season. Other customization ornaments are available such as the HSE Band Lion Head.
The ornaments are $20 each and for each ornament sold, $5 is donated back to HSE HS Bands.
Please stop by display table during Fall Concerts this Wednesday to turn in completed order forms or to order past season’s ornaments. Completed order forms can also be returned to the Drop Box in the band room by November 1st. Joann Kolesar will collect them. Pickup will be communicated when ornaments are ready. Back by popular demand, Música De Terra show shirts! Please be advised we need to sell a minimum of 12 Música De Terra items to be able to fulfill these orders.
