It's almost Summer Break!

End of Year Celebration!

Our end of the year celebration was terrific! Thank you to everyone who attended. It was a wonderful evening of celebrating our teens, sharing a meal and community building. Thank you to parents who helped set up, clean up, donated food, helped cook and prep. etc. You are very appreciated!

Looking Ahead...

Skyview Band and Dance Registration

The 2023/2024 Skyview Band and Dance Registration is now open! Please go to our website, to register. Please note that there is a specific registration for incoming freshmen and new students on the front page. Everyone else will go to the Band and Dance Registration Tab at the top then register there. Students and parents please register together.


Please download an App called GroupMe. It is a free messaging app that we will use. There is a chat group for Students and one for Parents. This is for COACHES/Teachers and Boosters to get information out to students and parents and is not a free for all chat room. It is monitored by teachers/boosters at all times. Everything should be school appropriate and is not meant to be used for anything other than getting information out.

August 1st - Registration in Final Forms begins

August 14th - August 25th @ 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Weekends Off) - Band Camp

August 15th - Mandatory Band and Dance Parent Meeting @ Skyview High School Band Room

August 18th @ 6:00 pm - Band Camp Social and Pizza

August 25th @ 6:00 pm - Family and Friends BBQ and Show Preview

August 28th and 31st @ 3:30 - 6:30 pm, First Week of Fall Practice


This is where Parents can view the calendar, sign up to volunteer, donate food/water, sign up to help at various events including competitions, keep track of student funds and more. The boosters communicate through Charms to parents. It is very important for families to sign up. After students are registered through this form, boosters will update student information and parents will then be able to get started in Charms.

Once you have accessed your student's Charms account, you will receive emails, get to sign up to help at our events and access SVBD's calendar. Contact for assistance accessing your student's account.

Tickets and Merchandise

Responsible for ordering merch and training volunteers to use the electronic payment system.


Works with the band director to get private and corporate sponsorships and comes up with the overall sponsorship plan.
