Latest WE Return to Learn Presentation Now Available
Our schools will reopen on September 9, 2021! The latest presentation on the reopening of school took place at the Board of Education Action Meeting on July 27, 2021. A video of the meeting, with closed captioning, is available on our YouTube channel. The PowerPoint from the presentation is posted on the WE Return to Learn page of District website.
A decision about mask wearing for the school year is expected at the August 10, 2021 Board Work Session. Current considerations are: required masking for all staff and students; optional masking for COVID-19 vaccinated staff and students; and optional masking for all staff and students.
Presentations with updates on plans for the 2021-2022 school year will take place at the Board of Education Meetings at 6:30 pm on August 10 and 24, in person at Carusi Middle School, 315 Roosevelt Drive. Any changes/adjustments in state requirements will be reflected in these presentations.

Vaccination Clinics Offered August 18 & 19
Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are now available to the community for persons 12 years old or older who work/live in NJ. The single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available for those over 18. You do not have to attend Cherry Hill Public Schools to participate in this COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.
August 18, from 4-6 pm, at Clara Barton Elementary School, 223 Rhode Island Ave.
August 19, from 4-6 pm, at Beck Middle School, 950 Cropwell Rd.
All participants must pre-register at www.adlersrx.com.
No walk-ins accepted at the door. Please make only one appointment and call Adler’s Pharmacy at (856) 685-7264 if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Anyone under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian present to receive the vaccine.

Summer Meal Distribution Wraps Up August 30, 2021
Even though the federally funded free meal program will be continued in schools in the fall, all families are reminded to fill out the Free/Reduced Price Lunch application for the 2021-2022 school year. Your application ensures continued funding to support all students in our District, helping with:
- More funding for internet access, wireless & network services, discounts on Chromebook fees, and discounts on fees for home internet.
- School meals -- also used as a qualifier for many pandemic benefits.
- Sports and activities fees.
- Student Age Child Care (SACC) funding.
- ACT, SAT and AP Testing fee discounts.
- Scholarships, tuition assistance for dual credit and AP courses, and discount fees on applying for college.
