Ms. Jenkins is the AISLE School Librarian of the Year!
Congrats to Ms. Jenkins who was named the Association of Illinois School Librarians and Educators (AISLE) School Librarian of the Year! This award recognizes the contribution of a member within the previous calendar year for service to the organization, contribution to librarianship in Illinois, or for meritorious service to the school library community.
We are so lucky to have Ms. Jenkin's dedication, creativity, and leadership right here in our Kendall LMC! We are so proud of you.
Board of Education Meeting TONIGHT at 7:00 p.m.
Community members can watch the meeting livestream on the district’s YouTube channel. Meeting agendas and documents will be available online prior to the meeting.
The Board of Education welcomes public comments at all of its meetings. Public comment sign-up for in-person meetings will take place on-site beginning at 6 pm.
Kendall Face Masks Order Ends Tues 11/10.
ORDER YOURS HERE. Orders are due by November 10th.
$1 for every mask purchased will be donated to the Indian Prairie Education Foundation which supports District 204 programs such as Fine Arts Fest and Robotics as well as Kendall programs such as LMC grants and curricular subscriptions.
Report Cards post online Friday, Nov. 13th at 4:00 p.m.
Quarter One report cards will be available in Parent Vue on Nov. 13th, after 4:00pm.
Instructions for parents we be available on the district website www.ipsd.org later this week. If you have questions about your child’s report card, please contact their classroom teacher.
We look forward to seeing you at Parent/Teacher Conferences November 19th or 23rd.
PTC Sign Up is OPEN until Nov. 16th
Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3, parents will have the opportunity to schedule parent/teacher conferences for November 19 and November 23. Due to COVID-19, parent/teacher conferences will take place via Zoom this fall.
Kendall Parents can begin scheduling conferences on November 3 through ParentVUE at 12:00 p.m. To schedule your conference, log in to ParentVUE at the designated grade level time and select “Conference” from the menu on the left side to see the times available. Once you have scheduled your conference, you can click “Email Schedule” to have the details emailed to you. You can also go back to ParentVUE at any time to view the information. Conference scheduling will remain open through November 16. Watch this short video to see a step-by-step guide for scheduling your conference.
Parents of students in PA will received a separate email from Mrs. Horsey with a link to sign up for a PA conference.

Each year during Parent/Teacher Conferences, the PTA provides a lunch and snack cart to the staff present at the school.
