Mental Health Team Tip of the Week:
We covered sleep, physical time, focus and connecting time in recent weeks. Today we're highlighting PlayTime. When we allow ourselves to be spontaneous or creative, playfully enjoying novel experiences, we help make new connections in the brain. So the next time you play a game, act silly, be artistic, or imaginative - remember you're actually improving your brain function!
Stay tuned for more info on the sixth essential activity next week - or check it out for yourself:

Case Managers- Head's Up! - Returned Report Cards
We have a stack of report cards that have been returned by USPS. These will be placed in case manager's mail slots for students affected.
Please make every effort to contact the student, get updated information and give the student their report card. Be sure to ask for apartment numbers! That seems to be a common reason for returns.
All updates should be given to Melissa, she will enter the info in Discovery.
For students who no longer attend T-Plus, you may shred the report card.
Thank you for helping us have the most up-to-date information on our students!
