Flute Song
My flute song is named Country Gardens. Country Gardens was written in the 20th century and the melody was derived from a medieval song. The song was originally called Handkerchief Dance then it was changed to Country Gardens.
Defitions
Arrangers
My song has 2 arrangers named Bruce Pearson and Mary Elledge. Bruce Pearson was born in 1942 and is still alive. He is 84 years old. He is widely known for his first contribiton to the band curriculum. And He taught elementary, middle school, high school and college for over 30 years. Mary Elledge was born in the northern part of Minnesota and studied piano at an early age. She got her Bachelor of Science Degree at Moorhead University and got a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Iowa. And she taught school public schools in Fargo, North Dakota, Rockford , Iowa and Minneapolis.

Reflection
I enjoyed about this project is learning about the song and learning how to play the song, learning about the arrangers, learning about the new defitions in the song, and using smore for the first time.
