Springboard Training at Dwight This week all the Math and ELA content teachers in secondary attended Springboard Training and Planning. Teachers met with a Springboard Rep via Zoom and learned about all the awesome tools that Springboard provides to support our students in learning. Thank you, Teachers, for always learning and growing for our kiddos! | Sponsor a Club Please consider facilitating one of the clubs here on campus. Mr. Padilla is currently juggling multiple clubs and is in search of teachers to help lighten the load. Clubs keep students actively engaged with their school and teachers. Pictured here are some of the awesome work they've done! Also, spread the word for students to sign up! Some of the options are Chess, the Chief Science Officers Program, SA Mayor's SMART Competition, Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineering, Pepsico Recycling Program, and FIRST Robotics. | Communities in Schools has Arrived! Communities In Schools Leads Education Change
Dwight Community Closet Ms. Montalvo and Ms. Neuharth are in the process of creating a Dwight Community Closet to benefit our students on campus. If you have gently used clothing and/or new hygiene products to donate please drop them off with these two ladies. If you have a student who may need some items - please refer them to Montalvo and Neuharth! They are excited to get this going for our kiddos! | Tutoring The monthly tutoring schedule was emailed out earlier this week. You are able to see the gaps in scheduling.
