-That they had Racial Segregation
-Had it in public schools
-The equal Protection cause of the Fourteenth Amendment
-The Supreme Court said that Brown vs. Board of Education was UNCONSITUTIONAL
Where did it happen?
Brown vs. Board of Education happened in Topeka,Kanas
Why did it happen?
Brown vs. Board of Education happened because of Racial Segregation & The Supreme Court said that segregation was not aloud in Public Schools
