Vaca Pena has a policy requiring students to wear their school ID on a lanyard each day as well as to any extra curricular events. Recently, more and more students are telling us that they have lost their ID and/or forgot it at home. With the colder weather moving in and students wearing hoodies/beanies in addition to their masks, we rely on the IDs to help us know who is on our campus. This is were we need YOUR HELP!

Please ensure that your student has their ID with them before they leave the house. Students who have lost their ID can purchase a replacement for $1.00 in the front office. Students can also purchase a replacement VPMS lanyard for $4.00 or they can use a lanyard from home.

Recently we have received multiple calls from our neighboring businesses, Walmart, Starbucks, Taco Bell, etc, regarding student behavior before and after school. Our neighboring businesses have reported behaviors such as loud, aggressive student interactions, students intentionally making a mess and leaving it behind, and students taking mobile orders that don't belong to them. We are working with our local business and Vacaville PD to ensure that the businesses can continue to run without disruption. Please talk with your student about exhibiting their best behavior at all times when out in the community. As a reminder, students are not to leave campus once they have arrived!

Vaca Pena is hosting a Food Drive for Vaca Fish. Vaca Fish serves Vacaville and the surrounding communities to ensure they have enough to eat. Please send canned or boxed foods with your student to take to their 1st period teacher.

Student earn 5-Star Raffle points each day they attend school with no tardies!!!

• All attendees must wear a face covering that covers the nose to the bottom of the chin. Masks cannot be removed during the game or attendees may be asked to leave
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the gym
• All attendees must sit in the stands; there is no standing on the sidelines. Priority entrance and seating is for athletes and athlete's families (up to four members). Students attending must wear their school ID for entrance.
• There will be no in/out privileges. Students are expected to stay seated during the games, show good sportsmanship and follow campus rules or they may be asked to leave
