WHETHER THEY ARE A ROCKINGHAM STUDENT OR NOT
All students will receive meals for FREE this year. If receiving virtual instruction, parents can pick up their child's meals on MONDAY AND THURSDAY afternoons from 3-6 PM at BROADWAY HIGH SCHOOL.
On non-holiday weekdays, a free breakfast and lunch is available to any child under the age of 18, whether enrolled in a Rockingham County School or not. The enrolled in-school students can receive these meals while in school during "normal" meal periods. These in-school students can take meals home on Tuesday for Wednesday. All other children who are not present in the school buildings during the school day may receive free meals for the week on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 3-6 PM. The Monday parent pick-up provides meals for breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The Thursday pick-up provides meals for Thursday and Friday.
