Spring 2020 Travel Opportunity!
Is your child interested in traveling to Perú this coming February for a once in a lifetime trip!? We have a few openings left for 9th-12th graders. No Spanish experience is needed! SIGN UP HERE! Here are the highlights:
- 11 day trip during February vacation
- Highlights include: Cuzco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu, a boat tour around the Las Ballestas Islands (considered one of the world's richest ecosystems), Paracas National Park- where the desert meats the ocean, Korikancha, Pisac Market, hands on activities, a cooking class, and so much more!
- Authentic Language Learning: Students will have the unique opportunity be completely immersed in the Spanish language and will also be exposed to the dialects and languages of local tribes. Our bilingual director will lead language classes that are interactive and fully immersed in the language and culture of Perú.
- Meaningful Service: Working alongside locals, we'll gain insight into the challenges they face and build lasting solutions to help empower their community. We will participate in a two day community service project.
- Leadership Development: Our Field Director will take our global service experience even further, developing and strengthening leadership skills.
- Live in the communities you serve—we will celebrate customs and form lasting connections with locals.
You can find more information and the link to sign up HERE. Feel free to email Nicole Penchansky with any questions at npenchansky@gdrsd.org.

Please note that the presenting company, College Funding Services, is not affiliated with the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District. However, their services have received many positive reviews in local communities such as Chelmsford. Please contact Mark Hennelly (mhennelly@gdrsd.org) with any additional questions.
