Athletics Information
Hi Coaches. (Fall Varsity and JV Coaches)
Finally, some definitive GOOD NEWS coming your way.
We received word from the MC Superintendents that we will be able to begin the Fall Season on September 28th for the following sports at the Varsity & JV Levels:
Boys Soccer
Girls Soccer
Field Hockey
Boys & Girls Cross Country
Girls Tennis
Girls Swim & Diving
Girls Golf
As you read earlier, Football, Volleyball and Fall Cheerleading have been moved to a March 1, 2021 state date... That season is being referred to as "Fall II."
- MC Superintendents in collaboration with the MC league ADs are still having discussions and making decisions on Modified sport opportunities for this fall. More information will be given out once we have finalized a plan.
- We will be opening Family ID for 9th-12th grade athletes to begin to register for the above mentioned Varsity and JV sports.
- For those names of prospective 7th and 8th graders provided to us back in July and early August via the google form, students and their families will be notified shortly of the APP process and the important dates for this Fall. Please note that we will NOT accept any new names to be part of the APP process.
- Schedules are being developed currently.
- We are looking at potentials for Modified athletics opportunities for our students. We are saying TBD for now - we are concentrating on getting V/JV started for now. More to come on this.
