All-School Dance Party - June 10th!
To achieve our all-school dance party experience children are asked to participate in an act of acceptance within the school house. Each moment of noted acceptance will be represented by a pom-pom ball and placed into a jar. Each class is to have 100 moments of acceptance collected in their classroom jar by June 9th.
The goal is for children to attend to and demonstrate acts of acceptance independently and with peers and be noticed and admired for their act of equity and inclusion of others.
We are very excited to have this experience and are even more pleased that this event was developed from our Student Advisory Council!
Staff Updates & News
A celebration of expertise and true dedication to Nixon School goes to Mrs. Chabot and Mrs. Booth. Mrs. Chabot and Mrs. Booth will retire at the end of this school year. They have brought so much joy to the children, families and colleagues at Nixon School. We wish them the very best!
