Principal's Message - Morning Drop-off Reminders

Dear Falcon Families,

It has been such a joy to see families on campus again this year. Each morning, it is a pleasure to greet parents walking their children onto campus. I know this morning routine helps many kids start their day off on the right foot.

As a reminder, at Pinewood School we need all visitors, staff and students to wear a mask when inside. This applies not only in our classrooms, but also to the cafeteria and indoor hallways. If you are bringing your student on campus, please help us by wearing a face covering.

In addition, know that our teachers often use every minute before school to ensure that they are prepared to deliver their lessons. It is important that they are ready to start the day when the first bell rings. Please be mindful that your child's teacher may not have time to conference or answer all your questions during this morning arrival time. If you have a concern or need to talk to the teacher, it would be best that you email or call them to determine a good time for you both to meet.

Finally, remember that school starts at 8:15 am. It is imperative that students are here on time and prepared for learning. Thank you for your commitment in getting your child to school on time.

Respectfully,

Kim Little
