Timberland High School Senior Kamden Hill was recognized for his selection to attend the American Legion Boys Nation. Kamden was part of the week-long, hands-on experience where young leaders received an education on the structure and function of federal government, held in Washington, D.C., July 23-31.
Prior to working in Francis Howell, Brynne served as a Communications and Public Relations Manager for the American Association of Orthodontics. From 2012-2019, she was the Marketing Director at St. Charles Community College. Ms. Cramer has a Master of Arts degree in Communications and a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations from Missouri State University. Ms. Cramer recently won a National School Public Relations Association Excellence Award in 2021 and is a graduate of Holt High School.
The Board of Education approved the retirement of Melvin Bishop, principal of Stone Creek Elementary, effective June 30, 2022. Mr. Bishop has been with the WSD since 2014.

Trane Update
Jennifer Geen and Scott Hardwick from Trane presented an update on the Trane Energy Performance Contract. The project performance and verified energy savings for 2020-2021 were reported at $386,000 -- more than $33,000 over the contractual guarantee and the projected savings for 2021-2022 are estimated at over $400,000.
Tax Rate Approval
Naming of North Point High School Football Field
The Board approved setting up a committee to establish a process of naming the football fields at Liberty High School and North Point High School. Secretary Schaper, Director Abbott and Director Garber agreed to join the committee.
