About Maple Weekend & Trout Brook Sugarhouse
Maple Weekend is one of the premier agri-tourism events in the U.S. Every year almost 160 maple producers across New York State open their sugarhouse facilities to show people how maple syrup is made.
Trout Brook Sugarhouse is a local, family-owned maple producer in Honeoye Falls that gives tours in honor of Maple Weekend. They also have an alpaca farm and use their fleece to create beautiful socks, hats, and blankets. Trout Brook also sells their maple syrup, candies, pancake mixes, and alpaca clothing at the sugarhouse!
