AHS Library Procedures:
Did you know?
- The library is open every day from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
- Library Lunch Passes are available from our library desk at the start of each lunch to return after eating.
- Students need a pass from their teacher to come to the library during study hall.
- Students need a school ID and a written pass (or Falcon Pass) to enter the library.
- We have a charging station for students to charge their devices. Yes, we do!

Do you or your children have a device or smartphone? OverDrive is our e-book and audio-book platform. Listen to an audio-book or read a book on your device for free with a student ID or public library card. Join librarians from Albany Public Library and Albany High to learn how to download e-books to your tablet or smart phone. These events are for students, parents and families. For more information, call the Albany High School Library at (518) 475-6320. The first event is Wednesday, 1/21 and the second event is Wednesday, 2/11. Both are scheduled from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Pine Hills Public Library branch.
