How to Pick Up Clinic Medicine!
If you provided medication to the school for your student, Nurse G. will be at the school on Tuesday, May 12th or Wednesday, May 13th from 9:00 - 10:30 am so that you may pick up that medication.
Pick up Procedure: Please remain in your car at all times. Pull up to the front doors of the school with a sign, made at home, that contains your child’s last name, first name, and grade on it. Please place your Driver’s License on the dash on the passenger side so it can be viewed through the windshield. Roll down your passenger side window. Your child’s medication will be placed in the window. Nurse G. will have a protective mask and gloves on and asks If someone is in the passenger seat, that they have a mask or mouth/nose covering in place as well.
If you provided medication and do not want it back or if you have any questions please email Nurse G to let her know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
