Assessment

No Excuses University

"Assessment is not about you as a teacher; it is about your students"

Mindset

My mindset on the message "assessment is not about you as a teacher; it is about your students" means that the assessments should be meant as a learning and teaching tool for the educators have get ideas on how to create future lesson plans. The assessment also shows what you as a teacher have taught your students and if they have a clear understanding of the objects.

Questions

The 4 questions from Lopez should be used as an outline on how to create assessments for the students. The questions are a guide as to how to structure the assessment.

Partners in Assessments

I would say that I would succeed in making students partners in the assessment because the assessment will serve as my outline on how I will instruct my students. The assessments pretty much is my "report card" on how my students are learning.
