May 23rd 6:30-7:30
Hello RHE families,
Tonight is the night for our students and parents to see our school for next year. Below is my original email with the details.
I have also included a picture of the building and the parking lot. Families can enter through the front of the building. Because of inclement weather predicted tonight, families can also enter the school through doors directly off of the parking lot. I have indicated this entrance with a red arrow on the picture.
Please remember that this is not a student drop off event. Children should stay with and be supervised by their parents during the entire visit.
As you know, Rolling Hills Elementary will be undergoing a complete renovation during next school year (the 2019-2020 school year). We are excited about the transformation that will be happening at our school. During the renovation, Rolling Hills Elementary will be housed at the former Richboro Middle School (98 Upper Holland Road, Richboro, Pa 18954) for the 2019-2020 school year. Currently, Wrightstown Elementary is housed at this location during their current renovation. There has been a lot of planning to help us prepare for next school year and for the renovations.
Families are invited to tour Richboro Middle School on Thursday, May 23rd, 6:30-7:30. Additionally, I will be holding two informational meetings in the auditorium for families. Parents with students currently in kindergarten through second grade can meet in the auditorium at 6:30. Parents with students currently in third through fifth grade can meet in the auditorium at 7:00. If parents have students that span different grade levels, you can choose which session to attend.
Parents and students will be able to see the layout of the school and the playground. The school currently houses Wrightstown Elementary. There will be some adjustments when we move to the school. Classrooms assignments and locations have not been determined. The tour is to give families the opportunity to see our future home.
Please note that this is not a student drop off event. We ask that students stay with their parents while visiting RMS/WES. During the time of our visit, we will still be guests of the school. We will want to be respectful of the classrooms and decorations when we visit for the evening.

If families cannot attend on May 23rd, that is ok. We will still be holding our Meet and Greet in August before school starts. At that time in August, students will be able to see the school and their assigned classroom.
