Staff Development Day is September 13. No school for students.
Please join us on Thursday, September 16th for our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Meeting. We are hosting a virtual session at 10:00 am. One of the ways in which we encourage parent involvement is through our monthly Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings. Parent voices are extremely important in helping to shape our school and PAC meetings provide a crucial platform for open parent-school communication. We are excited to announce Flag Football tryouts for boys and girls!
- Tryouts for boys will be Tuesday, September 14th from 4-6 pm.
- Tryouts for girls will be Wednesday, September 15th from 4-6 pm.
We recommend your child eats a snack, brings water, wears sunscreen, and dresses in athletic attire for tryouts. Please coordinate a ride home as there will not be a late bus.
Practices for students who make the team will be held on the following days beginning September 21st:
- Girls: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 pm.
- Boys: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 pm.
Unfortunately, there will not be a late bus for students. Please keep this in mind when making a commitment to the team.
NEW THIS YEAR: ALL athletes must register on the new electronic system called Register My Athlete, we are no longer utilizing the paper packets. Please create an account and enter all information in this platform.

KO Knudson is hosting Scholastic Book Fair
Students can visit the book fair before school, after school, and during their lunches.

The last day to order is October 7th and orders will ship out appx. 3 weeks after that. Orders will ship directly to the address you provide during checkout.
At the end of the checkout screen, you can type the name of your favorite K.O. Television student so they receive credit for the sale. All proceeds benefit the TV Production Department. Message me if you have any questions. Happy shopping! =)

Applicants are eligible for benefits including: paid vacation, weekends and holidays off, retirement, health and vision benefits. We are also paying the fingerprinting/background check fee for applicants who are recommended for hire.
Parents/Guardians Contact Tracing Information
Please click on the link below for important information to be sent home to parents/guardians and posted on school websites regarding the COVID-19 contact tracing process. The process can be different and determined on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the Southern Nevada Health District.
Important Information: Students that Walk to KO Knudson
If your student walks to KO Knudson, please take the time to go over safety procedures with them. These include ensuring students walk straight home after school, procedures for how to properly use a crosswalk, and discuss with them about littering and throwing items at passing cars. We want to make sure that all of our students are respectful and safe.
