Message from President Pate and CMS ASB:
The Junior Optimists kick off our 17th annual Pasta for Pennies fundraiser: The fundraiser will take place from January 27- February 13th. On Monday the 27th, students will receive their personal coin box to collect donations! They will then turn in their collections weekly to track their progress! Our goal is to raise $4,000 dollars for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as a school. The T3 that collects the most money per person will be awarded a pasta party from The Olive Garden restaurant!
To streamline donations, we have created a Pasta for Pennies page on the Counseling and Support page on PowerSchool. All T3 classes have a content block with the T3 teacher's own personal link added to the page. It can be found at this link: http://bit.ly/360puU3. Any single donation of $150 will receive a free ticket to KnottsBerry Farms. Parents and students can donate via this link without needing to be signed into PowerSchool. If you have questions, contact Kevin Ramirez or Matt Smith, Junior Optimist Advisers.
“A Night at The Movies”Dance: ASB is excited to announce our CMS dance which will be on February 21st from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. We are looking for parent chaperones! If you’re interested, please email Kevin.Paiz-Ramirez@coronadousd.net for more information.
