If a student is caught in a tardy sweep, they will be assigned a detention. Please remind students of the importance of being punctual and in class, on time, and prepared.

LobbyGuard check-in has officially started!

To continue keeping the safety of our students a top priority, Walnut Valley Unified School District imoplemented a new visitor management system beginning November 1.

“Our goal is to continue to provide a welcoming and warm environment for our parents, teachers, students, and staff while simultaneously communicating a culture of safety and security to the community,” said Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor

Visitors will continue to be required to present identification to office staff.

Accepted forms of identification include:

  • State issued driver’s license or identification card,
  • Matricular Consular card,
  • Military ID (active duty or retired)
  • Permanent resident card.

School Lunch Policy

Due to safety concerns, we DO NOT accept student lunches in the office. We understand the importance of student nutrition, but we encourage students to either purchase lunch at school or bring their lunch from home. Food, drinks, or other items are NOT to be passed to students through the fence. This is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
