Eating healthy all day er day
Eat vegtables and fruits instead of chips and other junk food. Only eat 3 times a day. 2 snack.
Walk at least 2 miles a day. If you have time you should run or go on you tube and work out with the video or something.
The food tracker is a good tool to use when you are trying to loose weight. When I used it i realized that I was putting so many calories into my body. If you are trying to loose weight you should use the food tracker. You also have to eat healthy. And exercise. If you don't go on a diet and work out you will get diseases and die .
The struggle you are in today is developing strength for tomorrow .
Just do it.
Life is a stage and you only make on performance make it a good one.
Pain is weakness leaving your body.
You may not be there yet but you are closer than you were yesterday.
