Congratulations to Mrs. Carel and Mrs. Harrison!!

Two of Pioneer Trail's teachers will be honored at the Jefferson City Public Schools Teacher Appreciation Banquet on April 28. Both Mrs. Carel and Mrs. Harrison have been named finalists for the 2016 Eisinger Teacher of the Year. We are very excited for them and extremely proud of their passion and dedication to children in this district!

Little Olympics for all elementary schools will be held Saturday, May 7th! Go Gray Wolves!!

MAP Testing Schedule for Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grades

Please make every effort to have your child at school on his/her test taking day. You can also help your child by making sure he/she gets enough sleep on the night before the test; ensuring that your child eats a healthy breakfast and avoid heavy foods that may make him/her groggy and avoid high sugar foods that may make him/her hyper; and encourage your child to do his/her best.


Fifth Grade testing dates: Thursday, April 14 and April 15 (Math); Wednesday, April 20 - Friday, April 22 (English Language Arts); and Monday, April 25 and Tuesday, April 26 (Science)


Third Grade testing dates: Wednesday, April 27 and Thursday, April 28 (English Language Arts); and Friday, April 29 (Math)


Fourth Grade testing dates: Monday, May 2 and Tuesday, May 4 (English Language Arts); and Wednesday, May 5 (Math)

The Lost and Found at school is going to be donated to Salvation Army next week.

There are dozens of coats, hats, gloves, lunch boxes, hoodies, backpacks, etc. in our lost and found. If your child is missing one of these items, please have them check the lost and found before the end of next week. We will be donating the remaining items to Salvation Army.
