Emperor Penguins are very unique creatures, with a white stomach, black back overcoat and a yellow ring around their neck. They can travel for hours on-end for food, and once they get tired, they just simply use their stomachs to slide along the ice. They will also huddle up in large groups for warmth during winter.
Emperor Penguins feeding grounds can be up to 120 kilometers away. They feed on fish, krill, squid and before dying of starvation, snow. They will skim along the bottom of the ice just below the surface for much smaller fish.
