how to bring charges against someone
We sue people
When you make a civil case against someone, you are the plaintiff making a complaint. Someone has to violate civil law in order for you to make a case against them. You may make a court case against them, or use arbitration outside of course to settle your dispute, which may include mediation. As your attorney, we will go to the pretrial conference together to determine the issue and settle all other matters we may run into during court. You will have to make a pleading and show how the other person violated law. The defendant will have a summons to come to court. Depending on the outcome of the verdict, you may appeal the case.
