WINTER BREAK
DECEMBER 19TH - JANUARY 7TH
WARM WISHES
Mrs. Enserro's English classes wrote about a special "gift" that they wish they could give. The responses will warm your heart. We hope you have a very nice winter break with your friends and family.
- The gift I would love to give is to my sister. She has always been there for me in good and bad times. I would love to giver her the gift of forever being loved by everyone she meets...my sister deserves all the love in the world.
- The best gift I could ever give to someone in my life would be for my dad. He truly is my superhero. Every day, he wakes up with constant back pain, so I would love to give him the gift of having no back pain.
- The gift I would love to give is the gift of food for those who struggle to find any...so many people live without shelter, food, or clean water. If everyone had meals, they could get a job and start a new life.
- My mom is definitely my favorite person. As a single mom, she raised my brother and I and made sure we had a bed to sleep in, a roof over our heads, and food on our plates for dinner. I would love to just give her a gift of a helper...even when times are tough, she always manages to smile. I do also wish I could just giver her a gift of relief and not a single worry.
- My grandmother died in the year 2018, and I would love to give her the gift of a happy and healthy life. She would always be safe...and live the life she always wanted.
- If I could give any gift, this gift would go towards my mom. She battled breast cancer for three years and was on chemotherapy for awhile. She fought hard and survived break cancer. I would give her the best gift in the world and as much love as I can.
- My grandma is so kind and sweet. She deserves the world along with my grandpa. a couple of years ago, she had a stroke. she's better now, but can't walk without a walker. I would give her a gift of being able to walk correctly.
- Recently, one of my friend's football coach died and I would like to give the coach back to him. I know it's impossible to bring someone back, but the football coach meant a lot to my friend.
- My grandpa died recently and it is going to be my grandma's first Christmas without in. I hope I can give the gift that she isn't' in pain and my family and me can give her lots of love this Christmas.
