What's Up At The Nest...

Principal's Message

OMS Families,

We can't believe it is already April 9th! Our school year seems to be flying by now more than ever. We hope that you found time to enjoy some of the beautiful weather this week, minus the snow flurries that I saw outside my window earlier this afternoon.

As a reminder tomorrow, Friday, April 10th and Monday, April 13th there are no remote learning activities. Dr. Bein sent email communication on April 3rd indicating that we are making changes to our remote learning plan and format. Our teachers are working hard to update lessons and provide valuable at-home learning experiences for your children.

Please continue to reach out to us with feedback, questions, or concerns. We are grateful to be a part of this wonderful community.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Erin, Julia, & OMS Staff

Mrs. Mary Stitt's Birthday

If you have not already done so we invite your family to send a card to Mary Stitt who celebrates her 95th birthday on April 14th.

Please mail or drop off cards (on the front porch) by APRIL 12th to the following address:

Mary Stitt c/o Becky Donner

920 N. Vail Ave

Arlington Heights, Il 60004

We Miss OLIVE-U! Staff Video

We compiled this video and meant to send it last week to welcome everyone back from Spring Break! I continue to work on my imovie skills and am finally able to share with a lot of help from our tech facilitator Mrs. Seisser! It is long (21 minutes) but we hope your child enjoys seeing many familiar OMS faces! ~Erin
