Ukrainian Easter Eggs Workshop
Saturday April 9, 10:00A.M. to 2:00P.M.
Registration required
Learn about the rich Ukrainian tradition of pysanky, Easter eggs decorated with wax and dye. This event is free for all but facilitators Alex Osterman and Mary Link will be collecting donations for war relief in Ukraine. We will be working with permanent dyes; please dress for mess! For ages 12+; younger with steady hands and a chaperone.
LGBTQ+ Stories
Sunday April 24 from 4:00P.M. to 5:00P.M.
Book discussion & hangout for kids ages 8-11. We'll be reading titles that center LGBTQ+ identities and experiences. Pick up a copy of our The Deep and Dark Blue by Niki Smith at the front desk. This meeting will be indoors while the library is closed; masks required!
