You should get healthy foods instead of junk food because junk food is very bad for you. That's why your parents say don't eat to much candy. For a 13 year old boy he has to have at least 6 vegetables servings. But don't think You need to eat vegetables only, you need to eat grains,milk and meats. Now it's hard to get vitamins and minerals every day. But if you have a good diet it's possible.


Physical activity

Children need to be active every day to promote their healthy growth and development.Kids who establish healthy lifestyle patterns at a young age will carry them and their benefits forward for the rest of their lives. The benefits are less chance of stroke and heart attack.

Healthy food vs junk food

Pick healthy foods over junk food. Junk food does nothing for you but make you weak. But healthy foods give you power. Don't pick junk food just because it tastes good. Healthy food tastes good to. Junk food must go down.
