Unlike other forms of bullying, cyber bullying can happen 24/7. It's relentless, aggressive, and sometimes anonymous. There is no safe zone. Here are some things that you can do to make it stop:

  • tell a trusted adult (parent, guidance counselor, etc)
  • contact the police
  • tell some close friends for support
  • keep record of messages or form of harassment
  • put your accounts on private if possible
