Parents, you can now add your child's cell phone number to ParentVUE so they can receive text messages and robo-calls about school closings, significantly delayed school buses, emergencies and other alerts.

To subscribe your student to these occasional urgent messages, read the easy instructions here or below.

1. Log into ParentVUE. Click on student info.

2. Click "Edit Information"

3. Scroll down to the “Student Phone Numbers” section. For “Type,” choose “Cell.” Enter the cell number in the “Phone” field. Click the box next to “Primary.” Scroll back to the top and click the blue “Save Changes” button near the top.

4. The information entered in the “Changed Value” column will now show in the “Current Value” column.

5. And you’re done! The cell number will update in the District messaging system overnight, and your student will receive any future emergency communications via text and call from that point forward.
