Literary Focus- Matilda
Matilda is one of Roald Dahls most well known children's book. I've read it multiple times, and every time I read it, I love it even more. The story takes place in a small English village. Matilda, a small, young girl, is truly the black sheep of the family. While her parents and brother like to eat in front of the TV, she prefers to dive into a good book. When Matilda goes to school, she learns of the awful Ms. Trunchball, and the delightful Ms. Honey. She soon learns of an amazing power she has, and how she can use it. I really recommend this book to people who enjoy stories of conquering hardships... with just a tad of magic. :)
