Centennial High School

CHS opened its doors in the fall of 2010 with only 750 students. Today we have over 2000 students and offer a wide range of classes designed to meet the needs of today's learners.

Electronic Cigarettes and Tobacco Products

Students and families, please note that possession or use of any tobacco/electronic cigarette product is prohibited on school property or at a school activity. In addition, Texas law requires anyone who purchases or possess or uses a tobacco product or electronic cigarette to be at least 21 years of age. Therefore, there is never an acceptable reason for a student to be in possession of these products.

Along with being against the law, the products have been shown to lead to possible health issues. Our main priority is to keep students as safe as possible while at school. In doing so, we will be vigilant in dealing with students in possession.

CHS is a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free zone.

Student ID Picture Make Up Date

Any student who did not get their picture taken last week for their student ID have another chance. Monday, September 13th during 3rd period and all lunches will be the next opportunity to have it taken.

Handicap Parking Spaces

Please remember that parking at any time in spaces marked with the handicap parking symbol is strictly limited to those with proper credentials displayed. Handicap spaces are not available as temporary parking or to sit in an occupied vehicle while dropping off or waiting to pick up.

Burleson Police Department will be actively monitoring the spaces to help enforce them being used for their intended, legal purpose.
