Plan Submission Reminders
Phase 1 - LEAs that did not submit their plan in the Comp Plan Web Application must submit their plan in the FRCPP by June 30, 2020 (Extension granted due to COVID-19)
Phase 2 - March 30, 2021 (FRCPP) *This includes IUs.*
- IUs that have already started planning using the "old" process can submit in the Comp Plan Web Application.
- IUS that have not started planning can wait for the new template to be developed with stakeholder input and can use that for submission by March 30, 2021.
Phase 3 - November 30, 2021 (FRCPP)
Special Education Plans
Phase 1 - May 1, 2022 (FRCPP)
Phase 2 - June 15, 2020 (Extension granted due to COVID-19). Plans should be submitted in the Comprehensive Web Application, not FRCPP.

From the top Navigation bar, click "Outcome-based Reports". Click "Full Report" and a PDF version of your plan will populate. This is especially useful to share with others and post your plan for public review.

PVAAS Resources
How do you keep data-informed momentum with your teams during extended school closures? How can you plan for the use of data for the upcoming year?
The PVAAS Statewide Team for PDE has compiled the resources below as a result of district/school planning in the following areas:
1) Using your current school and student data, including but not limited to PVAAS data
2) Informing your work this spring and summer and to plan for SY20-21
3) Discussing strategies for approaching student data in fall 2020

- August 10th - Malvern PATTAN
