STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT
Students of the Week
STUDENT: Michael Mirville
NOMINATED BY: Mrs. Dahme
Michael is a student in one of my English classes, and I have a lot to thank him for! We are preparing for StoryCorps' The Great Thanksgiving Listen, and my students recorded test recordings so they can become acquainted with the app prior to their interview over Thanksgiving weekend. This is my fifth year assigning this, and this year the app has not allowed my students to publish their recordings. I have been at my wits end, and Michael provided a workable solution. This morning he explained to me how he was able to upload and archive his interview using an alternate method. I copied his process and have used it with my classes so we may proceed with this project. He really saved the day and this project!
STUDENT: Kylie Hafner
NOMINATED BY: Mr. Herman
Kylie is an overall awesome student who always goes out of her way to help out anyone in need. Today she was in the bathroom and found my bathroom pass that a student had left in there and made the trek out of her way to return the pass.Career Education for MSA Students
